Position: Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows in the kitchen and front of the house.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric culture by maintaining high standards of service quality, addressing customer feedback, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, hospitality, and product knowledge.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure the restaurant's financial success.
  • Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and materials.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Uphold health and safety standards, ensure compliance with regulations, and implement best practices to create a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and enhance the restaurant's visibility in the community.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in restaurant management, with a successful track record in a high-volume setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
