Manage inbound calls and emails, providing accurate and in-depth assistance that exceeds guests' expectations.
Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone or email.
Converting phone inquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining accurate information in OPERA, including billing information.
Enter rooming lists and update accurate information in the system.
Amazing attention to detail and experience in a fast-paced environment.
Consistently offering exceptional, friendly, and engaging service.
Ensure the best selection for the guest while maximizing revenue through up-selling.
Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
Your experience and skills include:
Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Prior experience working with Opera or another property management system.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritise conflicting priorities.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
