Processing of all room reservations according to hotel guidelines
Accurately process all restaurant reservations for both restaurants.
Assist in spa reservations and confirmations
Works closely with all departments (food & beverage, housekeeping, administration) in a supportive and flexible manner, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Accurately process reservation prepayments in line with accepted procedures.
Work with the front office and reservations teams to check availability and maximize yield and average room rate as directed by the revenue manager.
Assists the events team with the processing of group reservations, rooming lists, waitlists, and other reservations.
Build and maintain strong relations with all external stakeholders.
Ensure that all guest details are entered correctly in the interests of clean data principles.
Assist with all guest inquiries and manage guest feedback.
Process all incoming emails and phone calls, ensuring consistent and clear communication.
Ensuring the service provided to our guests is of a high, 5-star standard
Complete upcoming arrivals checks to ensure all guests have their reservations in order.
Requirements:
Experience within a hotel or hospitality establishment desirable.
