Job Description


Your Role:

  • Processing of all room reservations according to hotel guidelines
  • Accurately process all restaurant reservations for both restaurants.
  • Assist in spa reservations and confirmations
  • Works closely with all departments (food & beverage, housekeeping, administration) in a supportive and flexible manner, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Accurately process reservation prepayments in line with accepted procedures.
  • Work with the front office and reservations teams to check availability and maximize yield and average room rate as directed by the revenue manager.
  • Assists the events team with the processing of group reservations, rooming lists, waitlists, and other reservations.
  • Build and maintain strong relations with all external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all guest details are entered correctly in the interests of clean data principles.
  • Assist with all guest inquiries and manage guest feedback.
  • Process all incoming emails and phone calls, ensuring consistent and clear communication.
  • Ensuring the service provided to our guests is of a high, 5-star standard
  • Complete upcoming arrivals checks to ensure all guests have their reservations in order.
Requirements:
  • Experience within a hotel or hospitality establishment desirable.
  • Highly motivated, willingness to learn.
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Capable of adapting to guests requests.
  • Positive, friendly and caring attitude.
