Bridgestone Deeragun is seeking an experienced and organized Store Manager to join our professional staff full-time, supervising employees and achieving set sales & expenses budget, and profit objectives.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer service & support to all customers dealing with the store.
- Seek continuous improvement in the sales techniques of staff, especially those working the counter.
- Coordinate staff induction & training programs to equip personnel with the skills they need to provide exceptional service.
- mplement remedial action & coaching alongside your Retail Area Supervisor where staff performance levels are lacking.
- Accurately report on customer needs, market trends, new product opportunities, and competitor activity.
- Keep a strong focus on safety, correct product storage, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure store housekeeping & presentation are maintained in line with industry standards.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to minimize lost sales.
- Perform routine checks on end-of-day reports to catch any discrepancies in gross profit, excess credit notes, etc.
- Work a rotating roster on Saturday between 8 and 11 am.
