Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service in a vibrant and dynamic environment? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as casual wait staff.
Position: Casual Wait Staff Hours: Approximately 5 to 10 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers with a friendly attitude.
- Take orders and provide menu recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude at all times.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
