Job Description


  • Prepare ingredients such as portion, cut, slice, and julienne vegetables and meats.
  • Cooking some side dishes and decorating food on the dishes following Head Chef / Sous Chef's instructions.
  • Maintaining kitchen equipment, tools, devices in clean condition under above standards.
  • Managing inventories & equipment within the kitchen area by following Head Chef / Sous Chef 's instructions.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
